Delivery Charges

Free Delivery in Mainland UK* on all unframed prints, jewellery and sculpture.

Framed orders within the Mainland UK* are charged at £40 for delivery, 

International delivery of unframed works is charged at £40. 

If you are not available to take delivery of your parcel, it is your responsibility to arrange a redelivery with the postal service used. If you do not arrange a redelivery or collect the parcel from the depot, and it is returned to Rostra Gallery, then we will have to charge you to post it out to you again. 

Mainland UK Orders

Mainland UK orders are sent with Royal Mail, First Class and will take 3 - 7 working days to arrive once it has been sent. In rare cases it can take a bit longer, especially during busy times of year. 

If your order hasn't arrived within 10 days please get in touch. 

International Orders

International orders are sent with Royal Mail Airmail and will take between 5 - 14 days to reach you. 

You, or the addressee, may be required to pay customs fees and their subsequent charges on receipt of your order anywhere outside of the UK. Please be aware that payment of these duties is your responsibility. There could also be a delay while the item is held in customs. Unfortunately we have no control over this, and cannot supply any details why or for how long your parcel may be delayed. 

There will be usually be 3-4 weeks delivery time for Framed orders; if different we will inform you at time of purchase

Please note, we cannot offer framing on artworks to be delivered outside mainland UK

Packaging & Breakages

We wrap each item very carefully. Any ceramic or glass items are wrapped in bubble wrap plus additional packaging. We endeavour to reuse and recycle packaging materials wherever possible.

In the unlikely event that your order does arrive damaged or has a fault, please email us at info@rostragallery.co.uk within two days, so that we can arrange an exchange. Please do not throw the item away. Keep it in its packaging and inform us of the problem within two days of receiving the goods, otherwise we cannot be held responsible for any damage that has occurred. 

*Mainland UK includes England, Scotland and Wales, including all of the Great Britain landmass and including land connected by road / rail (such as Skye and Anglesey) but not including islands accessible only by water / air transport.
