Returns & refunds
If you are not satisfied with the goods or have changed your mind, you have the right to return the goods and receive either a full refund of your monies or replacement goods if you notify us within seven days of receipt of the goods.
Please e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org before you return goods, telling us that you are returning the goods and why. Please note that if you choose to return your artwork for any reason other than damaged goods, you will be asked to pay any shipping costs incurred.
Please note that you are liable for any diminished value of the product resulting from the handling of the product in any way other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product while you are responsible for it (this includes, in the context of a return, when the product is in transit back to Rostra Gallery).
When you receive your goods please check them immediately. Any damage must be notified to Rostra Gallery within two days of receipt of your order. Rostra Gallery will then arrange for a replacement. If a replacement is not available you have the option of choosing an alternative or a full refund.
Where the order was framed to a moulding of your choice you will not receive any credit for your framing costs. Commissioned pieces which have been specifically ordered or made for you will not be accepted for refund. If such items are damaged in transit to you, any insurance claim proceeds received by Rostra Gallery will be forwarded to you, as long as you have followed protocol to ensure a claim on insurance can be made.
