| Judith produces coloured ceramic lizards designed for wall display. They can be placed to mimic the behaviour of the real thing! The lizards are press moulded from coloured clays and when leather hard additional detailing to feet, heads and tails is completed. They are coloured using clay slip and finished with a transparent glaze at 1150 degrees C. Judith has followed her passion for working with clay for over 25 years. She originally trained as a teacher and then as a potter on the Harrow Studio Pottery course in 1983. Since then she has worked as a pottery technician and manager and has been running her own business since 1995. |
